1. Labor Day Hangover Brunch

What better way to end the long weekend other than brunch with your friends? Gather up at Layer Cake on Monday September 4th from 10am – 3pm for Hangover Brunch. You haven’t truly brunched until you’ve been to Layer Cake, 127 3rd Avenue South, Nashville.

2. The ab Block Party

The AB Block Party is a FREE festival that will take place Sept. 4 (Labor Day) in the parking lot of the Belcourt Theatre, located at 2102 Belcourt Avenue. The all-ages event will include multiple music stages and featuring headliner Joy Oladokun, Daniel Nunnelee, Southern Avenue, Brooke Alexx, Denitia, The Chattahoochies, Sophia Scott, Jake & Shelby, Jack Schneider, Grace Bowers, Paul McDonald, Leon Majcen, Josh Black comedy, and more.

In addition to a day of music and comedy, the Nashville community will enjoy pop-ups by an array of diverse local businesses, food trucks, and more. AB Block Party tickets are FREE, with a suggested donation of $20 supporting the 98-year-old Belcourt Theatre’s ongoing mission to provide independent cinema and arts education.

3. Anderson Council

4. Hummingbird Happy Hour

Join up for libations, light bites, and live music on the back patio! During their annual migration, ruby-throated hummingbirds stop through Warner Parks on their way south for the winter. At this event, these magnificent birds will be zipping about, drinking from the ample feeders and flowers scattered around the Nature Center! Proceeds from ticket sales support the Warner Park Bird Information Research and Data (B.I.R.D.) program.

5. Bluegrass Under the Stars

Molly Tuttle & Golden Highway headline the Bluegrass Under the Stars concert. A Grammy award-winning multi-instrumentalist Molly Tuttle is a songwriter, vocalist, and musician of formidable skill. Her especially potent guitar playing made her the first woman to ever win Guitarist of the Year from the International Bluegrass Music Association. Instead of solely relying on her sheer virtuosity, Tuttle incorporates heart and masterful storytelling to create some of roots music’s most compelling contemporary songs. Arrive early for the best views and to catch a special opening performance by AJ Lee & Blue Summit.

6. Musicians Corner

7. Saturday Vault Tours

Nashville Things to Do September 4-10 Vault Tours Lane Motor MuseumWHAT’S IN THE VAULT?

Although Lane Motor Museum has over 580 cars and motorcycles in their collection, they only have space to display about 150 cars at any given time. This tour is an opportunity to view many of the other cars in our collection that are stored downstairs in the vault.

8. Wine on the River
